For children ages 2–6
Weekly 30-minute small groups focused on building social-emotional skills through play, connection, stories, movement, and hands-on practice.
Groups may focus on skills like:
Naming and understanding feelings
Coping with big emotions
Friendship and social skills
Flexible thinking
Confidence and independence
Problem-solving and handling frustration
Group size: 3–6 children
Price: $40 per weekly 30 minute session
Enrollment: Families enroll directly and groups are held onsite at participating preschools and childcare centers.

Practical support for parents navigating big feelings, challenging behavior, transitions, and everyday parenting questions.
Parent Lab offers virtual coaching and consultation designed to help you better understand what’s underneath your child’s behavior and walk away with realistic strategies you can actually use at home.
